Puppy Training
It's Never Too Early To Start
Puppies! An exciting time for any family so first of all congratulations on your new addition! Whilst it's fun to spend this time enjoying puppyhood through playing and cuddles, it's also important to remember that basic training from a young age is hugely beneficial to both the owner and the pup. It sets boundaries early that, with continual training, will set your new dog up for life in your household. It's also a great way for the whole family to get involved and bond with the little one.
How We Can Help
From hints and tips to home visits.
Toilet Training
It's A Messy Job But Someone Has To Do It
A basic necessity that every owner has to go through. We can help by showing you techniques that have been tried and trusted.
Basic Obedience
Patience And Consistency Is Key
Potentially a fun time for both owner and pup, if done correctly. Unfortunately this is not the case for many new dog owners as a lot of the time the training has to take a backseat (for various reasons) and just simply never gets picked up on again, leaving the owner and dog feeling frustrated when something doesn't go quite right. We can help by using positive reinforcement to help you train your little one but it's up to you to keep it up!
Problem Pup
You Have To Take The Rough With The Smooth
Que meltdowns! Chewing, biting, scratching and piddle puddles! The right of passage for every puppy owner on the planet but they are puppies so if you didn't see any of this coming then I don't know what to tell you. Mishaps will happen from time to time, its how you as an owner chooses to respond and correct these mishaps that will determine whether these minor mishaps turn into hobbies when the little one gets older. Let us lead you in the right direction.
How We Work
We have experience in training puppies from house training to basic obedience. Contact us with the details of the type(s) of training you need (use as much detail as possible, even include pictures and/or videos if needed). We will then arrange a face to face consultation just to get a better idea of what we are dealing with, it also lets us meet the little one. Once we have a good idea of what training is needed, we will then establish an estimated cost. We will then give you time to think about it and if an agreement is made then we will commence a start date.
